Onion Day – next Sunday at the Allotment Hut
Join us for our annual celebration of all things allium, with onions, shallots, garlic, overwintering broad bean and pea seed and other autumn planting stock.
There’ll also be a seed swap, Pumpkin Competition reveal, free tea & coffee and homemade cake, and a little competition for everyone to have a go at.
A note for our Pumpkin Competition growers: please bring your pumpkin along for judging/display on Saturday 10th 10am-12pm if possible, or before 12 on Sunday. We’ll have the weigh-in and announce the winner on Onion Day.
